M'aidez!

We interrupt this blogcast to celebrate the view out the window this May Day. The sun is shining brightly and all of the following are in full bloom:
  • Bradford pear
  • Magnolia
  • Weeping cherry
  • Forsythia
  • Azalea
  • Quince
  • Andromeda
Not to mention that the wisteria is ready to pop any minute. Why, it’s a veritable emergent sea.

You folks who live in climates where something is always in bloom cannot know the joy of having four seasons. A day like this more than makes up for the nasty wet weather we’ve had. Those April downpours, er, showers, really did bring May flowers.
